Story
A passion since childhood!
Yummy Bak' Orient is above all a family story of Mima, Nacer and myself Mariza.
But where does this love for Baklava come from? Let's go back in time.
Mima arrived from Algeria in France in 1970 and settled in Marseille, her neighbor is of Armenian origin, from there a great friendship was born.
This neighbor used to make baklava and my mother of her Constantine origins prepared a variant of this cake called Baklawa with a different recipe.
The two neighbors exchange recipes and Mima makes Baklavas her favorite pastry.
All my childhood was perfumed by this sweet scent of honey, and this delicious memory of baklava and its taste has not left me.
And now it's my turn to start making this dessert and perfecting the recipe transmitted by my mom and launching my business with my mom Mima and my husband Nacer.
Gluttony, sharing and tradition are the key words of my recipe!
A gourmet, emotional and sunny offer, built around a central idea: "Share a little of the Orient with you".
"Envy commands, good recommends"
Mariza.
